Technology is our thing. So it doesn't have to be yours.

We make modern technology usable for everyone who doesn't want to be a tech expert – secure, understandable and so simple that it genuinely makes your everyday life or your business better.

Technology in the background. Benefits up front.

You don't need to understand how it works. You should notice that it works.

  • In the office.

From the workstation to the server room.

On site with you or as a service from our data centre – you decide, we look after everything from a single source. If a server fails at night, we're already on it before your team notices.

  • In your business.

Software that fits your processes – not the other way round.

Every entry made just once, no lists that only one person understands. What costs an afternoon today gets done on the side, and when your business grows, the software simply grows with it.

  • At home.

    A home that thinks ahead.

Your house knows when the sun is shining and when you're coming home. Energy is used when it's there, and you're prepared for whatever may come.

A few steps. Clear consequences.

This is how we approach every job, big or small.

  1. Listen.

You tell us what's bothering you – and we ask until we've understood it. “I don't know yet” is a good answer here.

  2. Made to fit.

The scope and size of the solution follow your needs, not our catalogue. No more and no less – extras only if you can see why.

  3. Know what's coming before it comes.

We discuss costs, effort and consequences before you agree. No surprises.

  4. Tested by non‑experts.

Before you use anything, people with no IT experience have already tried it out.

  5. And afterwards?

We don't disappear. You have a contact who knows your technology.

An outage that never happened. From physics all the way to people.

00:12

Shortly after midnight.

A temperature sensor notices that it's getting warmer in a customer's server cabinet and the temperature is rising.

00:12

At the same moment.

A small computer next to it compares this with the last few hours and recognises that it's no blip.

00:12

The transmission.

An alert is encrypted and sent to us through the firewalls almost in real time.

00:19

A few minutes later.

The backup cooling system starts up, and the cabinet cools down again before a single server even gets warm.

00:31

The call.

A phone call tells the customer what happened overnight, and the cause is found quickly: the air conditioning is faulty.

08:15

The next morning.

The air‑conditioning service has been notified and the maintenance appointment is booked.

On Monday everything runs as usual, and nobody notices that anything happened at all. That's exactly how it should be.

We use what we build. And build what we use.

Much of what you'll find with us, we first needed for ourselves.

Battery storage.

Since 2024 we've been running a 64 kWh battery that we built ourselves, cell by cell. It carries midday solar power into the evening, every day. When we advise you on photovoltaics and storage, we've lived it ourselves.

Smart home.

At our place, almost everything is automated, from the lights to the hot water to the pool filter. Every rule we suggest to you has already run at ours.

Toolkit.

Calculators and tools we need ourselves every day. Free for you.

Try the Toolkit

This website.

You're right in the middle of it. No site builder, no third‑party fonts, no tracking. It loads fast, and your data stays with you.

„You don't notice good technology. You only notice that everything works.“

Markus Plamberger

The mind behind TENTEN. A technician at heart who'd rather be at the rack than at the lectern.

An engineer as much at home in the data centre as in his own workshop. The one who picks up the phone when things are on fire. Want to know whether a battery is worth it? He'll show you his. Ask about automation and he'll show you what's already running at his place. What he recommends, he's long been using at home. Talk to TENTEN and you're talking to someone who runs the technology himself.

In IT since 1994. And not the least bit tired.

What you can rely on.

Simple

We keep the complexity to ourselves.

Because simple is simply simple.

What that looks like

  • Answers without jargon – and if a technical term is unavoidable, we explain it.
  • You reach us whichever way suits you: phone, email or Make a Wish.
  • Technology is complicated. That's our problem, not yours.

Honest

We tell you what you need. And what you don't.

Good advice doesn't always end with an order.

What that looks like

  • If something doesn't make sense, we say so openly – even if no order comes of it.
  • Faults go on the system status page, not in the small print.
  • What doesn't work yet is called “Coming soon” and isn't a promise.

Secure

With us, security isn't an add‑on.

We plan security in, not on afterwards.

What that looks like

  • Updates and backups are planned in from the start.
  • Access is clearly defined: you decide who may touch your systems. We check every request before we grant anything.
  • We think about the risk before something happens.

Close

Austria. Not just anywhere.

Short distances – to your data and to us.

What that looks like

  • We know your business, not just your customer number.
  • If need be, we'll be standing at your door.
  • Our data centre is in Austria, and so is your data.

Curious

We try out new things before you need them.

In IT, almost everything changes all the time. We stay on it.

What that looks like

  • New technology runs at our place first before it comes to you.
  • It comes to you when it's mature – not before.
  • To questions without an answer, we say: “Let's try it out.”

Responsibility has a name.

Technology comes with rules. Ours are right here.

AI is a tool.

AI works alongside us, but a human decides, tests and signs off. Today, no AI gets to see your data; if that changes, then only with models in our data centre in Austria, and you'll know beforehand. With us, AI doesn't replace jobs, and whatever it saves, we pass on.

Your data isn't our business.

What you entrust to us, we use only for what you've asked us to do. We don't sell anything, don't pass anything on for advertising and don't analyse anything beyond that.

Privacy at TENTEN

We don't waste anything.

For us, sustainability isn't a campaign but the sum of many small decisions.

Our own sun.

We generate and store power at the same site.

Servers on demand.

The cluster only powers up as much as is needed.

Devices with a long life.

Chosen to last, well maintained and, where it fits, second‑hand.

Remote support instead of a drive.

We solve a lot directly on your screen.

Technology is your thing too?

Tell us what you can do and what drives you.

Apply now

Talk is cheap. Try us out.

The Toolkit is free and works without signing in. Or write to us about what's on your mind, and we'll show you how we'd solve it.

Now you know us. Let us get to know you.

Sadly, we don't have a crystal ball either that shows us the future. But we can plan it together with you, so your technology is ready for tomorrow.
